Harry Carroll, AIF®

Harry helps executives, families, and businesses achieve their goals through comprehensive financial planning and wealth management strategies. In his more than 20 years of experience, he’s seen the markets change, the industry transform; and he’s evolved along with these changes. Harry has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation, and holds his Series 7 and Series 65 securities licenses. A graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, Harry resides in Moorestown, NJ and coaches the high school varsity crew team.
Brent Sheppard, CRPS® AIF®
Partner, Financial Advisor
Brent has earned the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designations. He is a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) and Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Brent helps companies design and manage innovative retirement benefit plans, financial wellness programs, and customized executive services. What he is most proud of is seeing his clients, their organizations, and their employees achieving their financial goals. Brent has been named Top 401 Retirement Advisor by the Financial Times, Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40 by NAPA, Top Retirement Plan Adviser by PLANADVISER and is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences such as PLANSPONSOR, SPARK Institute, and SHRM. He is also a graduate of the University of Delaware with his Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses.

Adam Johnstone, CFP® NQPC™

A graduate of Towson University in Baltimore, MD, Adam’s primary focus is comprehensive financial planning for executives and families. He works with clients to devise personalized financial plans that incorporate cash flow management, investments, tax strategies, retirement, protection and estate conservation strategies. In addition to Adam’s core focus, he helps create and implement executive benefit plans and financial wellness programs for the team’s corporate clients. He has earned the Certified Financial Planner™ designation, Nonqualified Plan Consultant™ designation, recognized as a PLANADVISER Emerging Leader, and also holds his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. Adam resides in Marlton, NJ, volunteers as an assistant soccer coach at Moorestown High School and enjoys spending time with family and friends at the New Jersey shore.
The 2024 Emerging Leaders recognition was issued by PlanAdviser on 08/19/2024 covering the prior year. The recognition is given to members of the retirement plan advisory industry whose managers and peers believe are poised to advance the profession in the future. To be considered, nominees must have worked in the retirement plan advisory industry for at least three years, but no more than 10 and must get support from their lead adviser.
